How to use Uconnect
Chrysler’s infotainment system (Uconnect) is quite possibly one of the best out there. In terms of advanced technology, price, ease of use and functions, Uconnect is the best of the best.
Uconnect is available in almost every new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicle. In order to get the most from Uconnect, it’s recommended drivers or any users of Uconnect have a compatible WiFi or smartphone device to sync with the system to allow for turn-by-turn navigation, phone calls, etc. Those wondering how to use Uconnect will be in awe of all of its capabilities.
Uconnect is not only a favorite of drivers for its entertainment purposes, but also safety applications. Like we mentioned before, Uconnect can be used to get directions and the screen also allows for drivers to see what’s immediately behind their back wheels with the use of a rearview backup camera. Also available with Uconnect is the ability to call for help with the touch of a button. Vehicles with Uconnect have a button that dials emergency personnel in the event of an emergency. If your vehicle is stolen, Uconnect can help the police track it down.
Other uses of Uconnect include rear-seat entertainment for youngsters on a long trip and playing music. Uconnect, when synced with a smartphone, can also make hands-free phone calls, send and read text messages and more. Uconnect vehicles are also Bluetooth capable, meaning they have steering-wheel-mounted buttons to make the experience easier for the drivers. And if that’s still a little much, Uconnect is capable of voice recognition, meaning you don’t have to lift a finger to do just about anything.
All you have to do is focus on getting to your destination.
