Both heavy-duty pickup truck models utilize the 6.4L HEMI V8 engine that offers best-in-class horsepower and torque among other pickups with gasoline engines. Other engine options for the 2015 Ram 2500 and the 2015 Ram 3500 include a 5.7L HEMI V8 engine, which is the standard engine option for both the 2500 and the 3500.
