The epitome of off-road performance starts with Jeep. The brand’s been known to push the envelope for adventurous performance, and that’s never been truer than with the Jeep Compass. Don’t let its city-style SUV exterior fool you; this baby was meant for the dirt. The Compass perfectly combines the refinement and styling of the domestic crossover vehicle while remaining true to its Jeep DNA when it comes to performance and power—the Compass Trailhawk, on the other hand, takes all this to the next level. Take a look below to see what this higher-level trim has to offer!
A Refined Exterior
Like we said earlier, the Jeep Compass Trailhawk is a very polished model. It evolves from the base model using very significant details, including 17-inch polished aluminum wheels, accent colour exterior badging (with an exclusive Trailhawk® badge), Red Tow Hooks, as well as an anti-glare black hood decal for a more performance-based look. Additionally, the Compass Trailhawk also gives you more exclusive colour options to choose from compared to the base-level trim, including Jazz Blue Pearl, Spitfire Orange, and a unique Olive Green Pearl.
Peak Off-road Performance
On top of its impressive exterior design, the Compass Trailhawk still shines as a high-performance off-road vehicle, much like any other Jeep model before it. One of the biggest factors separating the Compass Trailhawk from its sibling models is its Active Drive Low 4×4 system with enhanced Selec-Terrain Traction Management System. The system incorporates all the perks of Jeep’s independent drivetrain while giving you the added bonus of changing your driving settings on the fly with 5 different modes: Auto, Snow, Sand, Mud, and Rock (a Trailhawk exclusive). Additionally, the Compass Trailhawk also includes Hill Descent Control technology, which maintains the vehicle’s speed while descending hills, in any off-road situation.
An Exceptional Interior
Just because the Jeep Compass Trailhawk was built for off-roading doesn’t mean you have to be uncomfortable riding it, either. Luckily, this SUV excels at providing a near-premium driving experience inside the cabin, giving you all the bells and whistles you’d never think to expect. For example, the Compass Trailhawk includes the Leather Interior Group throughout the interior, from the seats, all the way to the centre console and armrests. Meanwhile, the cargo cabin is canvased with a reversible carpet/vinyl mat that’s both durable to handle anything you’re loading and unloading, as well as being soft to the touch for a more premium feel. Additionally, the interior doesn’t skimp out on the little details either, with Black interior accents and Red accent stitching incorporated on every piece of fabric available inside.
While the Trailhawk model of the Compass offers plenty of perks on top, it’s still a great vehicle nonetheless. Want to find out more about the Jeep Compass? Make sure to browse our website for more information, including for our other Jeep models!
