1. VEHICLE INSPECTION
Every qualifying pre-owned vehicle has been put through a thorough mechanical and appearance inspection as part of the certification process. Our trained service technicians and quality control specialists personally inspect the vehicle inside and out to ensure that your pre-owned vehicle is in good condition.
2. QUALITY RECONDITIONING
Our comprehensive reconditioning and detailing treatment returns every Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle to a high-quality standard. In accordance with the thorough inspection, we carefully examine your vehicle’s interior, exterior, paint, engine compartment and underbody make sure it looks and feels like new.
3. 3-DAY/500-KM EXCHANGE POLICY
Our simple one-time exchange policy means you can be sure that the quality pre-owned car, truck, or SUV you select is exactly the one you want. If for some reason it’s not, simply return it within three (3) days or five hundred (500) kilometers, whichever comes first (in the same condition that you bought it). We will exchange it and we’ll help you find the vehicle that’s exactly right for you! It’s just another way we reduce the risk of shopping for a pre-owned vehicle.
4. CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS
With your vehicle’s quality assured by our thorough inspection and reconditioning process, Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles can be equipped with a range of service contract limited-coverage plans from Chrysler Canada Inc. These plans cover the parts and labour costs of replacing major mechanical components. If you opt for the contract coverage, a rental allowance of $50 per day and a roadside assistance plan will be included and (depending on your contract) items such as steering components, air conditioning, brakes and/or powertrain components can also be included.
5. CANADA-WIDE SERVICE
Plan service will be provided our Finance Department, and in the event that you cannot return to our dealership for service, you may request plan service from any Chrysler retailer in Canada or the continental United States. If you are unable to obtain plan service from another dealership, you can call the toll-free number found in the terms and conditions to receive service instructions.
